Booking Terms & Conditions
By agreeing to the terms and conditions and is doing so on behalf of the named company. ITS UK LTD will accept issue of a purchase order as agreement to the booking terms and conditions. After dates are offered, the organising person must accept the quotation and complete the booking form. After these 2 items are complete the booking is finalised and the Terms & Conditions come into effect.
Bookings
Please note that dates offered for training are not held and can be changed at any time prior to booking completion.
For Experienced / Refresher trainings, previous certification must be provided as evidence to complete the booking.
For on-site training:
LOLER documentation must be provided as evidence to complete the booking.
For new customers, Site Assessments will need to be completed to ensure the safety of the instructors and trainees prior to the course start date. This will be renewed each year to ensure the same requirements are met for training to take place.
Site Assessments can be reviewed throughout the year if a customer site does not qualify for on-site training, this includes accredited courses or have the required safe areas for basic training.
Cancellations
Due to costs incurred by ITS UK LTD, any trainings cancelled within 5 working days of the start date will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the total costs including VAT.
The costs for trainings cover: Instructor time, Administration and Certification. The costs of the trainings will be still be charged if a person does not pass their course and any rebooking will be classified as a new course.
ITS UK LTD will cancel and charge for the following as part of the cancellation policy:
LOLER not in date
Truck Fails safety check (pre use inspection) completed by our instructor
Lateness & attendance (see course terms)
Incorrect course booked (wrong truck stated for training)
Incorrect candidates on course
Candidates not eligible for the course booked: e.g. novice as refresher
The Instructor has the authority given by ITS UK LTD to remove disruptive or abusive candidates. This behaviour is not tolerated on our courses.
Course Term’s
Our course start times are 8 AM unless otherwise communicated and agreed via the booking form. The instructor will wait a reasonable time after the agreed start time (up to 30 minutes) to allow for uncontrollable circumstances prior to starting the course. Notification of candidates not attending the course will be given the stated maximum time. After this time the instructor will continue with the remaining candidates or cancelled.
If candidates have not arrived for training or the course has not been started before 9 AM, the instructor will leave site and the company will still be charged for the training and ITS UK LTD will enforce the cancellation policy.
ITS UK LTD may cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. ITS UK LTD will notify the organiser soon as possible and attempt possibilities to continue the course. In the case the course cannot be carried out, it will be rearranged to a later date at no extra charge.
Invoice & Payment Terms
Quotations are sent with the booking form, this will clearly state cost of training, specific training details and VAT. If a PO is not provided at this time the quotation will be invoiced.
Any issues with the invoice including PO’s need to be notified to us via email within 7 working day period. ITS UK LTD will not accept any changes or issues notified to us after this period and will be subject to our invoice & Payment policy.
Payments are strictly within 30 days from date of invoice unless agreed prior to finalised booking.
Any certification remains the property of ITS UK LTD and therefore we reserve the right to withhold training records and certification for any trainings or courses until full payment has been received.
Any certification will be processed after payment has been received and sent electronically to the booking organiser no longer than 2 working days.
Late Payments
Due to costs incurred by ITS UK LTD, any invoice that has not been paid by 15 days after the stated 30 days, will be subjected to an £50 +VAT administration charge.
30 days after the stated 30 days, ITS UK LTD will cease chasing the invoice and destroy training record of booked training that is present on the invoice. Training will have to be rebooked as a new course and paid via ‘pro forma’ as you have breached ITS UK LTD terms and conditions.
If a company is found to be allowing the candidate who attended the overdue invoiced training to be operating, HSE will be notified as no record of training will exist for that persons.
If your business/company has failed to pay by the agreed date over 3 times (to which you will be notified), ITS UK LTD may take action to your account with us and place your business under a 'pro forma' invoice terms when booking any new training.
Reoccurring late payers

License
Unless otherwise stated, Industrial Training Services UK LTD and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Industrial Training Services UK LTD. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Industrial Training Services UK LTD for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
